• Fees for services are as per agreed proposals or invoices.
• Payments must be made within the specified timeline.
• Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, materials, and deliverables provided by Abriz remain the property of Abriz unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• You may not copy, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without prior consent.

• We respect the confidentiality of your information and expect the same from our clients.
• All sensitive information shared during service engagement will be kept secure and confidential.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Abriz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• While we strive for accuracy and effectiveness, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior notice as specified in the contract.
• Upon termination, outstanding fees for services rendered remain payable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Local Government. Any disputes arising will be resolved under the applicable legal framework.
